Scott was an absolute Angel. He brightened my whole day when I would see him. He left an impact on my heart. No matter what kind of day I was having at Dr. Edward Millers office I would see Scott walk through the door and all my worries would Vanish. He would give me a big hug and say hey Keli. His smile was infectious and I adored him. I will always keep him and Mrs. Norris in my heart.

Dear Joe, Ann and Family, You are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. We pray God's blessings as you deal with the loss of Scott. He was a wonderful person who touched the lives of all who met him.

Scotty attended many retirees breakfasts with his father, B .J. as well as the N. C. Retired Peace Officers Association conferences. If you saw this young man at these events you knew that he was really enjoying himself. He always had a smile on his face and just made you feel good when you were with him. One of Scotty's favorite pals was John Leonard and I can't count the times I heard Scotty say "I love you John". That's an example of how Scotty was. We love you Scotty, rest in peace. My sincere sympathy to the family

I've had the pleasure to know Scott for many years and found him to be a happy upbeat young man. His parents Joe & Anne were excellent parents and role modes for Scot and it was reflected in his demeanor in dealing with others. My heart goes out to this family on the loss of this fine young man.

Sincerely, Charlie Allen
