

Zoharetta loved traveling in the United States and abroad, she visited 13 different countries, Africa, Europe and South America. She was an accomplished artist in Oriental Brush Art whose works were displayed throughout North Carolina. She loved entertaining her friends and family with cookouts and home dinner parties. Her greatest delight was the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Capehart officiating; burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm
at Loflin Funeral Home.
Zoharetta was preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Foushee.
Surviving is her daughter, Faye F. Ward (Jerry); son, William Thomas Foushee (Dianne); Granddaughter, Dawn W. Elkins; grandsons, Thomas Foushee, Grant Foushee and Jeff Weisner; 6 great-grandchildren.
