Adela G O'Campo

Adela O’Campo was born in Eagle pass, Texas to Marie Ramirez & Jose Gonzalez on August 26, 1942. She was a strong working lady who raised her children and a super grandma to all grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a big heart with everyone she met. She was a strong fighter and a heart of gold that anyone would wish for. She was a woman with a great sense of humor, always joking. She was the life of the party. She leaves behind great memories.

Adela O’Campo passed away after fighting a courageous battle with ovarian cancer .

Our beloved MaMa was survived by her loving 6 sisters, 5 sons, 11 daughters, 96 grandchildren & great-grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren on the way. 

Adela was preceded in death by her mother & father Marie & Jose Gonzalez, her 7 brothers,  and daughters Naomi Chapa and Connie Banuelos. 

Visitation will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at 6:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Horizon Funeral Home, 4650 N Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2019 at Heaven’s Gate Funeral Home in Victoria, Texas with Father Samuel of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow at San Jose Cemetery. Followed by a reception at St. Patrick’s hall.
