Carla was born to parents Pietro Tonzini and Anna Marie Fulgenzi in Middlebury, Vermont on October 11, 1980.
She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Adrian Plaku and Gabriel Plaku; daughter, Alexis Galleher; mother Anna Marie; father (predeceased) Pietro Tonzini; brother, Paolo Tonzini; sister, Veronica Galleher and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
