Carmine Joseph Cangelosi was born April 18, 1935, in Brooklyn, NY to Antonio & Josephine (Fiduccia) Cangelosi. Carmine trained to be a welder and after a tour in the US Army, landed a job with Pan Am at JFK Airport. Carmine married Lois (Gregson) in 1965 and resided in East Rockaway, NY. Thanks to his travel benefits as an employee of Pan Am, Carmine, Lois, and his son, Tom, were able to see a lot of the world and collected items and memories from so many places. Carmine and Lois remained in East Rockaway, NY until 1995, when they retired to Deerfield Beach, Florida. Since then, Carmine spent time fishing, and working on “projects” around the house and continued to travel to his favorite places, including Las Vegas.
As per Carmine’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service and the family asks that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the charity of your own choice.
