Colleen Renee Farrington

Colleen Renee Farrington, 48, passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2024 in Deerfield Beach, Florida.  She was born on June 2, 1975 and raised in Birmingham, Michigan.  She graduated from Seaholm High School, attended Western University and Oakland University, and pursued medical training for a career in health care.  She achieved her lifelong goal to move from Michigan’s cold and snow, to live in Florida’s warmth and sun over 15 years ago.

Left to cherish Colleen’s memory are her Father Robert Farrington of Deerfield Beach, her Mother Jacqueline Farrington, her sister Elizabeth (Paul) Rodham, and her nieces Juniper and Genevieve Rodham, all of Harbor Springs Michigan.  

Many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends will also cherish Colleen’s memory.   They will remember her as having a quirky sense of humor and laughing freely, a sensitive and caring nature, loving care of her cat “Kitty”, walking to the ocean, watching for rainbows, and listening to music, and a faithful friend of Bill W’s.  Despite having struggles, she remained generous and kind to all, and maintained a strong belief in God.  She will be missed every day.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
