Debi was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Marjorie (Blodgett) and Walter Woodburn.
She lived in and attended schools in the North Andover area.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 25 years, Nate.
Debi also leaves behind her cherished daughter Cassandra and granddaughter Sidney.
Other survivors include many cousins, close friends, extended family and her two beloved cats, whom she doted on like children.
In 1994, she and Nate left the northeast behind for a new start in South Florida, living in both Oakland Park and Pompano Beach.
Debi worked in the food service industry most of her life, being extremely gifted at the social skills required.
She worked as a bartender, waitress and a cook.
Debi was an amazing cook (ask anyone) and also enjoyed crocheting, sun-tanning on the beach & the ID channel.
She shunned most technology, but very much liked to connect with friends and relatives on her social media profile.
She liked to watch movies, spend time with her furbabies and was an accomplished Candy Crush player, having reached the high level of 1808!
As she requested, there will be a "celebration of life" gathering on Sunday the 28th of January 2018.
In lieu of flowers, her wishes were always to ask that you consider donating to any cervical cancer fund.
If you prefer something more personal, you can also donate below to the crowdfunding campaign setup to defer some of the immense cost of the uncovered parts of cancer treatment.
