For over 30 years, Debra poured her heart and creativity into her work as a gifted hair designer. As the proud owner of Hair Design Medi Spa in Lighthouse Point, she created a welcoming sanctuary where clients were treated like family, using her unique talents to bring out the inner and outer beauty in everyone.
Family was the absolute cornerstone of Debra’s life. She shared an enduring bond with her devoted husband, Dean Palmer, and her cherished children, Nicholas Anthony Palmer, Maria Pearl Palmer, and Dean Palmer, Jr. She also leaves behind her beloved father, Anthony Luisi, and her two brothers, Steve and Dean Luisi, who will forever carry her warmth and guidance in their hearts.
