Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and a resident of South Florida for the past thirty-four years, Diane is the beloved wife of Humberto Garcia and loving mother to Steven Ramirez (wife Arlene), Janine Ramirez (husband Joel) and Michelle Lowe (husband Adam). She is also survived by her sister, Jeannette Sevret and six dear grandchildren, Krystal, Didi, Tori, A.J., Jayden and Jake.
