Eugene was born to parents Benjamin Mills and Rosemary Jillard in Norfolk,Virginia on February 13, 1958.
He leaves to mourn his passing a loving and devoted spouse, Judy Mills; son, Joshua Mills (Natalie); mother, Rosemary Mills and a host of other sorrowing family and friends.
Funeral services will be as follows:

Celebration of Life Service: Thursday, June 30, 2022 - 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon at Horizon Funeral Home, 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL.
Burial: Thursday, June 30, 2022 - 12:30 p.m. at Deerfield Beach Memorial Gardens, Deerfield Beach, FL.
