

Helen Victoria Moore was born in Perth Amboy, N.J. to Joseph and Stephanie Lozesky on November 27th, 1927. She attended school at Perth Amboy N.J. She married Fred Howard Moore on October 17th, 1948 in St. Stevens Roman Catholic Church in Perth Amboy, N.J. She graduated from Perth Amboy High School. She was a business owner of the Powder Puff Beauty Salon from 1959 to 1970, part-owner of Paradise Isle Marina in Key Largo, Florida and District Manager for Sally's Beauty Supply from 1979 till she retired in 2007. She was awarded several Hair Salon awards from Clairol, and Vidal Sassoon for her excellence in Hair coloring and innovating new techniques to the hair coloring industry! She was also a member of the Elks and she attended St. Helens Roman Catholic Church.
Helen Victoria Moore is preceded in death by husband Fred H. Moore, son Fredrick J. Moore, father Joseph Lozesky, mother Stephanie Lozesky, and sisters Stephanie Lozesky, Martha Liebel, and Clara Sisolack.
Helen Moore is survived by son Wayde P. Moore and wife Betty Ann Moore, granddaughters Erica Lynn Moore, and Ashley Nicole Moore
