Born in Harrow, England, Mr. Sumner was a longtime resident of Lighthouse Point.
He is the beloved husband of Anne Sumner and loving father of Mark Sumner (Linda) and Amanda Sumner. He is also survived by his brother, Jeremy Sumner (Lindi).
