Born in Huetamo, Mexico he is the cherished son of Eva and Tomas Mata and loving brother of Miriam and Edgar Mata.
A visitation for relatives and friends will be held on Friday October 9, 2020 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. A Prayer Service will be said at 8:00 p.m. Please note due to COVID Pandemic, access to the funeral home will be limited. Graveside services will be held on Saturday October 10, 2020 at 12 noon at the Pompano Beach Municipal Cemetery, 400 S.E. 23 Ave. Pompano Beach, FL 33062.
