Maria Yliana Tomas

Maria Yliana Tomas, 67 of Coral Springs, FL passed away peacefully at Broward Health Coral Springs Medical Center Wednesday May 5, 2021.  Born in Lima Peru in 1954, coming the United States May 1,1983 to be with her family.  A devoted follower of Christ and now joins her beloved daughter Ana M. Tomas in heaven. Maria was a wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and played all these roles with kindness and selflessness. Survived by her loving husband Raul for nearly 50 years, daughter Liz Y. Tomas of Coral Springs, son Raul A. Tomas of Deerfield Beach.   6 Grandchildren, Gabriella M. Gonzales, Eric Pomales Jr., Sarah Tomas, Katelyn Tomas, Ashleigh Tomas and Madyson Tomas,  1great grand child Uriel L. Montanez, 3 sisters Silvia Alicia Saavedra, Rosa Virginia McDermott, Diana Failoc, 5 brothers Manuel Antonio Failoc,      Luis Alberto Failoc, Juan Francisco Gonzales, Jorge Gonzales, Cesar Agusto Gonzales and beloved in-laws Friends may visit at the Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064, Tues May 11,  2-4 and 6-8PM with an English prayer services 3:00PM and a Spanish wake service 7:00PM, both services will be livestreamed at www.horizonfuneralcremation.com/page/live-webcasting using password FuneralLivestream1#  Funeral Mass will be conducted at our Lady Queen of Heaven Church 1400 S.
