

Ambrosio “Andy” Trevino, 98 of Lima died 8:10 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Lima Memorial Health Systems. He was born on December 7, 1912 in Falfurrias, Texas to Eduardo and Emitria (Garza) Trevino and they preceded him in death. On November 28, 1936 he married Herlinda Herrera and she died April 23, 1993.
Mr. Trevino was a cowboy, herding cattle at the early age of 7, he worked at construction. He had been employed at the Landmark Sugar Beet Factory in Findlay. He worked at the Brick and Tile factory in Findlay. He had been employed at the Nickle Plate Railroad and also at the U.A.W. He was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church.
Mr. Trevino’s survivors include two sons, Edward (Karen) Trevino and Erasmo Trevino both of Lima, six grandchildren: Trina (Neil) Wagner, Michelle (James) Wagner, Alisa Kirkhoff, Frank (Emily) Gebhart, Dominic (Dana) Trevino and Michael Trevino and twelve great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a daughter: Elma Gebhart, a granddaughter: Brenda Lee Gebhart , two sisters and a brother.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2011 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Gethsemani Cemetery.
