Donna Brugner Dorley

Donna Brugner Dorley, 92, of Houston, Texas and formerly of Lima, OH, died at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. She was born Nov. 10, 1926 in Lima, the daughter of Waldo Francis and Laura (Wolfe) Davis, who preceded her in death. Donna was graduate of Lima South High School. Over her lifetime she lived in both Ohio and Texas. Donna was a homemaker, a real estate agent, nanny, and most of all – a wonderful mom and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husbands: William (Bill) Brugner whom she was married to from 1947 – 1967; Pat Dorley from 1972-1998; and Karl Koch from 2008-2017. Surviving are her children with Bill Brugner: Mark Brugner and James Brugner. Also surviving are her stepchildren with Pat Dorley: Mike Dorley, Sheila Baldwin Dorley, Monica Dorley, Maureen Dorley and Trisha Dorley Edd. She also leaves her grandchildren to mourn her absence: Matthew Brugner Brooke-Ellen Brugner, Mark Brugner, Andrew Brugner and Riley Brugner; and her step grandchildren: Dan Dorley, Angie Dorley Bowker, Mike Dorley, Elyse Baldwin, John Baldwin, Emily Baldwin, Sarah Baldwin Scanlin, Leigh Ellen Baldwin, Rebekah Baldwin, Rachel Baldwin, Andrea Edd O’Brien, Joe Edd, Sonya Bassinger, Joshua Wilson, Nicholas Dorley, Kyle Dorley and Shana Mary Dorley. Donna was preceded in death by her son Martin Brugner, stepchildren - Tim Dorley and Anne Dorley and grandchildren - Doug Dorley and Mara Baldwin. Graveside services will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019 at Gethsemani Cemetery – Lima, Ohio. Lunch celebrating Donna’s life at 12:15, Milanos – 2383 Elida Road, Lima, Ohio 45805.
