We have known Emmett as a neighbor on Richlieu for almost 25 years. We would see him when he came to fix something on his rentals. He was always busy until the end. We knew we could call him if needed when something was going on in the apartments. But usually, there were very few problems in all the time we have lived near his rentals. We will miss seeing him every year and stopping to chat for a minute between projects. We didn't know he was sick, and had we known we would have treasured the time we spent more often. It was a pleasure to know him and my condolences to his family. God bless you with comfort and peace during this time of sorrow.
