Jacqueline J Jagot Kalb

Jacqueline J. Kalb, 74 of Lima passed away 8 p.m. Saturday evening, May 11, 2013 at the Wingate Senior Living Center, Lima, Ohio. She was born on February 3, 1939 in New Orleans, Louisana to Frederick and Rosa (Rowell) Jagot and they preceded her in death. On February 22, 1958 in Gulfport, Mississippi, she married Carroll “C.J.” Kalb and he passed away January 14, 2001.

Mrs. Kalb is survived by her three children, Tommy (Gina) Cochran of Pascagoula, MS, Julie (Al) Eisele of Lima and C.J. Kalb also of Lima. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, her sister Elois Ysaguire of New Orleans and many nieces and nephews.

Jacqueline was employed as a Sales Associate for Sears. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Along with her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by a sister, Iris Burns.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2013 at Mothe Funeral Home 1300 Vallette Street New Orleans, LA 70114, with entombment to follow at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery Westwego, Lousiana in Jefferson Parish.

The family will accept visitors one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home on Monday, May 24, 2013.

Local funeral arrangements are under the direction of Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kalb’s family want to extend a special thanks to the staff and residents of the Wingate Senior Living Center.
