Kartell Lee Terry, two days old passed away 3:45 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2017 at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He was born Saturday, October 21, 2017 to Anthony Lee Terry and Foryonda Latrice Houston in Cincinnati. Anthony survives in Lima and Foryonda in Cincinnati.
Baby Kartell is survived by his siblings: Kiaisa Falls, Jayden Gaddy, Kemya Smith and Anthony Terry, Jr. He also leaves his grandparents, Joyce Gessel, Bruce Gessel, Fonda Cage and Jeffrey Godsey.
There will be no services. Baby Kartell has been cremated by the wishes of his parents.
