Rev. Robert E. Ferrell

Robert was born on July 8, 1932 to James & Eva (Richardson) Ferrell, in Muncie, Indiana. In 1957he married Marilynn (Smoker) Ferrell who survives him. Robert valiantly serviced his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He dedicated his life to ministry, and was a visitation pastor for Lima Community Nazarene Church; he prayed with the sick, the lonely and the many he lead to Christ, both young and old. Robert enjoyed singing and playing the piano and organ. He will be remembered as a loving father, husband, grandfather and brother.

Robert is survived by his wife Marilynn, his three children, David Ferrell, of Dallas, TX, John (Lisa) Ferrell, of Gainesville, TX, Pam (John) Martin, of Lima, OH, his four grandchildren, Josiah & Brianna Ferrell, Jacqueline & Rachel Martin, and his brother Paul (Floye) Ferrell, of Muncie, IN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Russell Ferrell.

Visitation will be on Wednesday October 1, from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M, at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME, 506 N. Cable Rd. Lima. Funeral Services will be on Thursday October 2, at 11 A.M, with visitation one hour prior to the service, at Lima Community Nazarene Church, 2945 N. Cole St., Lima, with Pastor Doug Boquist officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Lima Community Nazarene Church.
