

Wealtha Mae Montgomery, 90, of Lima died 1:50 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2011. She was born on March 13, 1921 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to Lewis and Melviney (Oliver) Wireman and they preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughters, Joan (David) Martin of Harrod, Bonnie (Herbert) Wireman of Lima, Jacqueline (Robert) Cox of Oakwood, Vickie (Ray) Porter of Kenton and Donna (Russell) Brown of Raymond, Ohio. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, a brother Homer Wireman of Marshall, Michigan.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Jackson Bowman and George Montgomery, a daughter, Martha Sue Montgomery, five grandchildren, her siblings, Harriet, Loney, Edna, Lizzie, Linney, Sallie, Polly, Kenny, Ollie, Willard, Curtis and Warney.
Mrs Montgomery attended the Lima Freewill Baptist Church and the Cridersville Independent Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and had previously worked at R.G. Dunn Cigar Factory and Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton. She loved quilting, gardening, sewing and doing macramé. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the Cridersville Independent Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Wireman, Officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.
