In loving memory of Dolores Ann Martinez, a true Lincolnite. Dolores Martinez's soul was delivered to heaven by the blessed virgin Mary on May 8, 2021. She was a strong woman who would shape the future for the women in her family. She believed nothing was impossible, and everything possible. She believed there were no limitations, only the limitations you put on yourself. She instilled this on her children and grandchildren.
Dolores grew up in Lincoln, California where she learned from a young age about hard work and love of community. She learned love of God, Family, and country from her parents. She is from a proud veteran family. She loved our country and military. She was proud of all of her uncles and cousins. She loved her cousins like brothers and sisters and loved her nephews and nieces like sons and daughters. Everyone knew if you needed help to ask tia LALA. She would always be there for you. Dolores retired from the department of the Air Force, where she worked her way up to become a national industrial security manager working on the F-117 and F-22 airplanes. She traveled the country to make sure our men and women would return safe in the future.
Later she started a loan company with which she had a 1000 employees. She had several small successful companies.
During her lifetime, she touched the hearts and souls of many people. These people would become lifelong friends and became like family to Dolores.
Dolores is survived by her children, daughter Anita Crawford and husband Ty Crawford, son Michael Arreguin, and son Steven Arreguin. Her grandchildren Tyler Crawford, grandson and wife Brittani Alderman, Bethany Blair granddaughter and husband Nathan Blair. Great grandchildren, Zane Kohens, Brynn Crawford and Douing Crawford all who loved and cared for her.
During her lifetime, she had a deeper understanding of God and traveled the world. She experienced many miracles throughout her life. She inspired many prayer groups across the country, which consists of hundreds of prayerful individuals. God was the most important in her life. Her prayers consisted of her family and friends to be in heaven with Jesus.
Dolores Martinez's family will have a wake and rosary for friends and family on Sunday, May 23rd 4-7pm at the Lincoln Funeral Home 406 H Street Lincoln, CA 95648.
The Funeral will be on Monday, May 24th 11:00am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church located at 280 Oak Tree Lane Lincoln, CA 95648.
There will be refreshments following the burial at the Lincoln Memorial Hall 541 5th Street Lincoln, CA 95648.
All Flower Deliveries should be sent to the Lincoln Funeral Home.
