Douglas Norman Horrocks Jr., 74, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on November 11, 2019 in the comfort of his home in Lincoln, CA. He was born July 22, 1945 in Oakland, CA to Douglas Sr. and Dorothy Horrocks.

His love for his children was unconditional. His grandchildren were his pride and joy.

He is survived by his wife Linda Horrocks, sons Russell Horrocks and David Horrocks, daughters Jo'Anna (Jerome) Hein, Kristina (Greg) Barker, grandchildren Megan Barker, Christopher Barker, and Justin Hein.

In lieu of flowers, family ask for donations to The American Cancer Society.
