Arlo Raymond Stahly

Arlo Raymond Stahly, 91, of Lincoln passed away on August 26, 2025. He was born on February 6, 1934 to Arnold and Florence (Craig) Stahly of Hickman, Nebraska. He married Jeanice DeVries on February 19, 1954.

Arlo worked for Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph and part-time repairing radios for Yellow Cab. He then worked as a concrete finisher for 25 years. In his spare time he liked working on cars, electronics, small appliances, water skiing, watching auto racing and doing upkeep on the house.

Arlo is survived by his children Judy (Carl) Peery, Patricia Hruby, and William (Mary) Stahly, all of Lincoln; grandchildren Scott (Kaela) Peery and Jeremy (Marissa) Stahly of Lincoln, Nicole (Justin) Baggett of Bend, Oregon, and Kira Stahly of Roeland Park, Kansas; great-grandchildren Walter Peery, Chase Peery, Riley Maeweathers, Harmony Maeweathers, Dahlia Stahly, Dixie Stahly. Preceded in death by wife Jeanice, siblings Robert Stahly and Louise Simmons, and son-in-law Charles Hruby.

Visitation with family from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Sunday, September 7, 2025 and Memorial service at 10:00 am Monday, September 8, 2025 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6700 S 14th St., Lincoln, NE.
