She is preceded in death by her daughter Lou Ann, parents Merlin and Pearl Hermann, father and mother-n-law John and Louise Fech, sister and brother-in-law George and Norma Bossung, and her brother.
Barb is survived by her sons John (Misty) Fech, Lincoln, NE; Jeremy (Robyn) Fech, Gretna, NE; Mark (Lisa) Andersen, Sarasota, FL; she also leaves behind grandchildren Emily Fech, Harrison Fech, Sophie Fech, Foster Fech, Meena Fech, and Mark Andersen, Jr.; great-grandchildren Penelope Fech, Maisie and Ember Fech; step-grandchild Jace Gregory.
A visitation will be held on December 18, 2025, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, located at 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, NE 68512. The funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 2:00pm. The final resting place will be Lincoln Memorial Park and Cemetery, Located at 6700 South 14th Street, Lincoln.
