After graduation, she went to work for Western Electric in Lincoln where she met her future husband, Bonnie's life journey took her from Surprise, NE to Lincoln, to Omaha, to Doniphan, NE, then back to Lincoln where she and her family attended many trapshoots, making many dear friends along the way. Bonnie had a deep affection for flowers, for dancing, for watching her birds and squirrels. She was an avid and dedicated Nebraska girls volleyball fan and loved raising her four daughters. Bonnie also adored watching her grandchildrenand great-grandchildren grow. One of Bonnie's endearing qualities was her sense of humor which she kept to the very end. I have such fond memories of Aunt Bonnie's warmth, humor and kindness. On visits she was always so welcoming and so fun. She was also a source of support for my mother many times in her life AND those Shrader girls did like to have a good time!
Memories of Aunt Bonnie will stay with me.
Love,
Carol
