Brian W Gray

Brian Wade Gray, beloved son of Richard and Lee Gray of Denton, NE, passed away on Novermber9, 2015 after a five year battle with colon cancer. Brian was born on June 8, 1969, growing up on the family farm near Denton; graduated from Crete High School and was a member of an award winning trap team. Brian, his brother Brett and father Richard shot trap at the State Games for several years and in his last game he outshot both Brett and Richard. It was his Day!! Brian was employed by Marriott and enjoyed booking reservations around the world. He received many accolades from his clients and his employer. Brian was a consummate movie buff and could quote lines verbatim in character. He was also a gamer and loved to play board games with his nephew and niece and anybody else that wanted to play. Brian’s cancer was discovered in October of 2010, just two months after his mother, Lee passed away from Aplastic Anemia. Brian had many friends and will be missed by all that knew him. His long time friend Brett Griswold cared for him in his final hours. Brian is survived by his father, Richard W. Gray, JR. of Denton, NE. His brother, Brett (Shannon) Gray of Lincoln, NE. Aunts, uncles, nieces; Alexus, Raven, Shiloh and nephew Conor.
