Rise Up - Awaken!
I quiet my mind, I open my heart. I rest in
love, all is well. From the center of silence,
peace washes over me. In my mind’s eye, a
circle of light appears and grows.
The night gives way to a new day. A quiet
expectancy rises and expands. It fills the air.
I breathe in, I breath out, light infuses my
soul. A new day is beginning. It welcomes,
embraces and invites me to Rise up, to join in
Life’s dance of love.
The heart whispers a message in this new
day. “Wherever you go bring a blessing,
wherever you are Be a blessing and when you
leave, leave behind a blessing. May your
words be love in the lives of others. Walk in
gratitude and joy. Sing your heart song, join
the circle of light, the dance of creation.
