He has gone home to be with the love of his life, Nita.
He is survived by his daughter Lisa and sons Patrick and Frank. He is also survived by his identical twin brother Ronald and his older brother John.
Don taught everyone no matter what, to appreciate life and try to find the silver lining in everything no matter how serious circumstances were. He always had a joke and taught his children to appreciate the humor in everything.
The Marine Corps is proud to call him one of their own.
Next to the love he had for his family he also loved his motorcycle and is probably riding under moonlight somewhere with his brother Tom looking down proudly at all of us.
A memorial service for Donald will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 S. 14th St, Lincoln, NE.
