Gladys W Harre

Gladys Willamae Harre went to join her late husband Matthias Harre in Heaven on August 8th, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gladys was a woman who all her life lived in Nebraska up until the last year when she moved to be closer to her son Michael in Las Vegas, Nevada. Majority of her life was spent in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was a very family oriented person and could be found most days surrounding by those whom loved her. She loved to bake cookies, play sudoku, read books, knit blankets, tend to her garden, and eat ice cream. Gladys enjoyed being around children and always had a smile on her face. She was a loving friend, supportive sister, doting mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed and cherished by those who are survived by her. Her three sisters Jean Harre, Jo Volkmer, and Cheryl Rynstrom. Her son Michael Harre and his wife Susan Harre; their three children, Courtney Ellis-Jones, Shannon Harre, and Michelle Harre. Her great-grand daughter Ada Ellis-Jones and grandson in-law Jon Ellis-Jones. The Rosary service will be held at Lincoln Memorial 6800 So. 14th , on August 28th, 2017 at 12:15 pm.
