Henry “Hank” Buis December 31, 1926 – January 9, 2017 Hank was born in Hickman, NE. He married Bernice Engquist on November 23, 1947. For 35 years he owned and operated Hank Buis Construction along with his wife. He was very actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and LIBA. He loved to fish, golf, hunt and bowl. The most important things in Hank’s life was his family. Survived by children: Cindy (Dave) Larson, Lincoln, Beth Strein, Altamont, MO.,Carolyn Sue Love, Bayfield, CO and Cathy Buis, Lincoln; grandchildren, Kyle Buis, Cody (Alyssa) Buis, Adam (Erin) Strein, Moriah Strein, Troy (Correna) Strein, Teresa Larson, Tammy Gehle, Tina Fuller, Alyssa (J B) Stevens; 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; brother, Glenn Buis and sister, Darlene Wissink. Preceded in death by wife, Bernice; son, Steven Henry Buis and 7 siblings. GRAVESIDE SERVICE Friday, January 13, 2017 at 2pm Lincoln Memorial Park (please meet at Gate 2).
