Jeanette M. Page

Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Jeanette was the daughter of Robert Clark Atkin and Doris Marie Snyder. She studied at Central Community College and earned a Certificate of Achievement in Data Processing and Microcomputers. She worked in accounting.

Raised on a farm, Jeanette was ingenious with food and could make a meal stretch for a week. She enjoyed wine, hiking, and art. Intelligent and self-taught, she was a gifted artist and spent a great deal of time with her grandchildren.

Jeanette married William Page on August 31, 1996. She was preceded in death by Gerald Baumer, the father of her children, and her sister-in-law, Chris Atkin.

She is survived by her husband, William Page; her brothers, Todd and Richard Atkin; her sister-in-law, Minh; her children, Rhonda Oliver and her husband, Roger; Jim Baumer; Amy Price and her husband, Todd; and Jennifer McQuate and her husband, Seth.

Her grandchildren and their families include Kyle Wier (Rhonda) and his wife, Mandy, and their children, Daphne, Briggs, and Poppy; Hannah Fair (Amy) and her husband, Willie, and their children, Sloane and Abel; Emma Schuller (Amy) and her husband, Andrew, and their son, Henry; Hayden Price (Amy) and his wife, Maria; Owen Price (Amy); Job Knight (Jennifer); Lilah Butterfield (Jennifer) and her husband, Chas; Silas McQuate (Jennifer); Phoebe McQuate (Jennifer); and Violet McQuate (Jennifer).

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Eventide in the Chapel Corner.
