To the O’Meara family,

Please accept my sincere condolences. I was sorry to learn of your mother’s death.

It was truly an honor to work with Mrs. O’Meara during my tenure at Park Middle School. She was a wonderful, compassionate teacher who had high standards for her students while caring deeply for them.

May God comfort your hearts and give you His peace.

Ms. Omera was my Junior High teacher at St. John's. She not only prepared us educationally but for life. In 2003 she and I attended a breakfast at the Governor's Mansion as she was awarded the KFOR Thank You Teacher Award in the retired teacher category. Her Science Fair's were the top in the State. I imagine Ms. McBurney a fellow teacher met her at Heaven's gate and gave her a personal tour. All of her former students who proceeded her in death and there are hundreds maybe thousands were there to greet her too. Imagine whom else she has met - George Washington, Abe Lincoln, Neil Armstrong, Mother Theresa among others. When we look at the stars in the sky she is showing us the number of people she will introduce us to some day. Ms. Omera is gone from us but her spirit will be with us always. She was truly a special fantastic person who touched many lives. The family is in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.

My sympathy to all of Joan's family
I worked with Joan for many years as the school secretary.
She was a wonderful, caring and giving lady.
She would do anything within her power for her family, friends and co-workers. All you had to do was ask. And sometime not even that if she saw where she could help someone.
Joan was loved by many and will be missed but we can all think back about a good time and a good laugh with Joan

Such a gracious lady, hosted many of us to after work gatherings in her home after a full day of teaching! Total respect for all she accomplished with her big heart for Cindy, Kathy & Pat. Blessings to their families at this time & forever.
