Leona Mae Schlegel left us to be with our Lord Jesus Christ at age 83 on November 20, 2015. She was born on December 21, 1931. Leona left behind her family that meant the world to her. Sons (spouse): Bob (Jean), Ron (Patti), Steve (Linda), daughter (spouse), Janet (Chris) Claycomb, 10 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert, son William, and daughter in law Pat. She worked at Elgin Watch, American Stores, State Labs, and VFW where she was admired by many co-workers and customers. Leona enjoyed family, friends, country music, cards, bingo, and Nebraska football. She was adored and will be greatly missed by her family.
