Lila, a true go-getter, whose energy, creativity and love for life inspired everyone around her, passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 91. She embraced every day with purpose - always moving, creating and giving.
She enjoyed all kinds of activities, especially golfing, where she proudly achieved two holes-in-one. She helped organize several breast cancer fundraisers, bringing people together with her trademark enthusiasm and determination. Lila was also a gifted artist, expressing herself through color, texture and imagination. Whether she was painting, crafting or creating something beautiful with her hands, her artwork reflected the same joy and vibrancy she brought to her life. Her creativity flowed naturally into her gardening as well. With a remarkable green thumb, she had a large variety of thriving flowers, inspiring the community garden committee with her vision and dedication.
But above all her interests and accomplishments, Lila's greatest joy was spending time with her family. They were the center of her world, and every moment shared with them brought her deep happiness and pride.
