Born on October 24, 1950 in Lincoln, NE to Matthew & Flora (Kolb) Kipper. Mark was a fun-loving guy. He was most happy sitting around with family or friends, having a beer & conversing about many different subjects. He was well versed on a myriad of topics. He certainly had his opinions on things and he did not always give in to conventional ways of thinking. This sometimes made for spirited exchanges, which he thoroughly enjoyed. However, if you needed anything, Mark was the guy to call. He was very giving, and you could always depend on him to show up for whatever needed to be done. All you had to do was ask and he would be there. There was never a time when he said "I can't" unless he was out of town working. Not only was he good working with his hands, with any kind of construction, he was very skilled in drawing and planning. Ask him to figure out a project and he would research it if he needed to, draw it out to scale, figure all the logistics and what all was needed to get it accomplished. Then he would do the work. Mark enjoyed cooking, especially for family gatherings. A family favorite was his Easter ham. He constantly read, always wanting to expand his knowledge, but his greatest passion was photography. He took many beautiful pictures throughout the years. He, like his dad, loved life & lived it! Survived by mother, Flora Kipper, Mission Viejo, CA.
