Martha A. (Heckman) Hegener, 87, of Lincoln, died Tues., 5/ 23/17. She was born in Lincoln, on 10/ 21/ 1929 to John & Eva (Kalbine) Heckman. She married Norman W. on May 28, 1949. Member of Northeast United Church of Christ. Past president of Women’s Aux. of Teamsters Aux. 608 and was a delegate to the Washington D.C. Senate hearings. Survived by Son Steven (Nancy) Hegener of Lincoln Daughters Cheryl (Greg) Pohl of Barnesville, OH, Laura Galter and (Zeki Alkanani) of Lincoln 8 Grandchildren, 7 Great grandchildren Preceded in death by husband Norman, grandsons Scott Hegener & Ben Johnson, great granddaughter Aaliyah Young, parents, sisters & brother.
