Mary E Hernandez

Mary Eunice Foust was born on January 9,1947, in Schuyler, Nebraska to Henry and Irene Foust. She passed away on May 28,2026, at the age of 79 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was raised on a farm near Hooper, NE, and graduated from Schuyler High School. She worked at the Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company, where she later retired after 27 years.

Mary was cherished by family and friends alike for her love and dedication to her grandchildren and family. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children: Jeff (Maureen)Dreith, Jamie (Jeff)Cunningham, Lawrence (Jen)Hernandez II: and Grandchildren Austin Dutcher, Brandon Dreith, Zachary (Jenny)Dreith, Lindsay Cunningham, Sierra Dreith and Cadence Hernandez. Siblings Anne (Robert) Vaught of Duncan, John (Karla) Foust of Fremont, Marvin Foust of Fremont, Sister-in-law Joyce Foust of Hooper and many nephews and niece

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Irene Foust, husband Larry Hernandez, son Jason Dreith, brother Nelvie “Bud” Foust.

Funeral Service: A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 4th at North American Martyrs Catholic Church, 1101 Isaac Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska,68521 at 10:30 Am, with a luncheon to follow the service. Burial 1:30PM Lincoln Memorial, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68512
