Normajean Sievers age 86 of Lincoln died on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in Lincoln at High Plains Alzheimer’s Special Care Center. She was born on January 1, 1930 in Lincoln to Alfred and Sarah (Slote) Cook. Normajean is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and David Ungvarsky of Lincoln, grandson, Adam Ungvarsky of Lincoln, sister-in-law, Sonia (Al) Heckel of Lincoln, sister-in-law, Marilyn Sievers of Lincoln, brother-in-law, Jim (Karen) Sievers of Oregon, sister-in-law, Carolyn Sievers of California, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Richard “Dick” Sievers, brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Doris Cook, brother-in-law, Jerry Sievers, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Al and Beverly Short. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Lincoln Food Bank Backpack Program or the Lincoln Capital Humane Society.
