Olivia Elizabeth Podwinski, age 98, of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025. Olivia was born on November 7, 1926 in Templeton, Iowa. Born to Frank and Teresa (Schenkelberg) Bueltel. She married Wallace John Podwinski and together they they had five children.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace, parents, sisters and brothers Rosalia, Edward, Florena, Virgil and Duane.
Olivia is survived by her sons Jerry W. Podwinski (Vicki), and Ronald J. Podwinski, daughters Laura M. Leach, Janet E. Nichols (Anton), and Carol T. Podwinski.
Eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service for Olivia will be held Monday, May 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68512, followed by an interment.
