Roxey worked for many years in the State of Nebraska Legislative Bill Room at the Capital.
Roxey was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Dennis and Larry Babcock. She is survived by her husband, John; her son, Daniel (Tanya) Babcock; her grandchildren, Gavin, Madix and Adison Babcock; her sister, Vicki (Grey) Borden; her brother, Bryan Babcock; and her daughter-in-law, Stephanie (Troy) Gubser.
