

Adelfa was born in 1932 in Altamira, Colombia where she was raised by her maternal grandparents. She was known as, “la reina de Altamira,” and had a beloved horse, Pipiola. Adelfa is the first of 14 children. She was married in 1952 to Arnulfo Naranjo and they were blessed with 7 children. She resided in Elizabeth, NJ since moving from Colombia. Adelfa was a loving grandmother to 9 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 3.
Adelfa lived her life to the fullest, enjoying time with her family, dancing at St. Mary’s church, and spending time with her friends. She was very active and strong, never letting anything hold her back.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests friends and loved ones to please donate to one of two cancer organizations.

A visitation for Adelfa will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. Following the visitation will be a funeral mass from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Saint Mary of the Assumption, 155 Washington Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07202, Elizabeth, NJ 07202.
