Albertina Gonzalez

Beloved Mother Albertina Gonzalez passed away on November 22, 2023 at home. Albertina was known as Betty by all her family and friends. Betty was born in Havana, Cuba and migrated to the United States and settled in New Jersey in 1962. She worked at Schering-Plough for many years. Betty was very social, loved to dance, and an avid domino player.

Betty is predeceased by her parents, Dulce Capote and Antonio Rodriguez. She is survived by her sibling Digna Brena. She is survived by her daughters Marta Garcia (Alfonso), Xiomara Disporto (Frank, decd), and Daisy Aguilera (Raul), her grandchildren Betty Ferrigno, Christopher Garcia, Vanessa Quintero, Michael Garcia, Jason Aguilera, Nicholas Aguilera, Amanda Pieciak, and Andrew Aguilera. Betty is also survived by her great grandchildren (Ben, Braydon, Aaron, Greyson, Evan, Andon, Carla, Natalie, Henry, and Violet).

A visitation for Albertina will be held Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden. Relative and friends are invited to attend the funeral, 9:00 AM from the funeral home. Funeral mass will be held on November 27, 2023,10:00 AM, at St Mary of the Assumption, 155 Washington Ave, Elizabeth. Committal will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Newark.
