Amelia, age five, was a beautiful, bright light in the lives of all who knew and loved her. Though her time on this earth was far too short, the love, joy, and happiness she brought into her family and community will be felt forever. Amelia’s life was filled with laughter, imagination, and deep love, and her spirit will remain alive in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
Amelia was gentle, loving, silly, honest, and big hearted. She had endless energy, a smart and curious mind, and a heart that loved deeply, especially her mommy, her daddy, and her precious sister, Angelica. The bond she shared with her family was beautiful and unbreakable, and her love will always live on in them.
She lived life fully and joyfully. She loved dancing to her favorite songs, especially 80’s music, drawing and creating, playing Legos with her dad and with Angelica, doing arts and crafts, and letting her infectious laugh fill the room. She loved animals, beach days, park days, and simple moments that became magical because she was in them.
Some of the most treasured moments were the quiet, tender ones, snuggles with mom, dance parties with dad, playing doctor and school with Angelica, and simply being together as a family. These are the moments that will be held close forever.
The loss of Amelia has left an indescribable emptiness. The silence in her absence is heartbreaking, yet in the midst of this profound sorrow, her family and loved ones hold tightly to the joy she brought into their lives. As the saying goes, “Those we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever.”
Amelia is now at peace, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and light. Though her hands are no longer here to hold, her love will forever surround those who cherished her. Her spirit will live on in every memory, every smile, and every heart she touched.
Thank you, sweet Amelia, for your beautiful soul and for the love you gave so freely. You will be loved, missed, and remembered always.
