Anna (Stankiewicz) Kolodziej, 86, of Colonia, passed away at home on Monday, April 20, 2020. Born on February 9, 1934 in Przeszczow, Poland, she came to the United States in 1980, and resided in Elizabeth.
She was an attendant for Morey La Rue, Elizabeth for 15 years, retiring in 1997.
Mrs. Kolodziej was predeceased by her husband Wladyslaw. She was the beloved mother of Margaret Drozdzewicz and her husband Boguslaw, Lidia Homa and her husband Marian, Edward Kolodziej and his wife Denise, Stanley Kolodziej and wife Michelle, Andrzej Stankiewicz and his wife Irena. Loving sister of Stanislawa Tworek and her husband Stanislaw. Cherished grandmother of 11,Tomek, Mariusz, Katarzyna, Nathalie, Katherine, Aleksander, Daniel, Veronica, Isabelle, Jakub, Amber with the late Jamie Kolodziej, great grandmother of 4, Sabrina, Luke, William and Sofia. Anna was a devoted mother/grandmother who lived a simple life spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all.
Private funeral arrangements were entrusted to Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home.
