Aura Rivera

Aura Rivera, age 82, of Roselle, New Jersey passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021. Aura was born July 13, 1939 in Las Marias, Puerto Rico to the late Jesus Rivera and Maria Ramos. She was very active in her church for many years, as well as with senior's group of Roselle. Family always came first though. The culinary masterpieces Aura would prepare for the family was her passion. Aura described as sweet, docile and kind to all that had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be missed by all.

Aura is survived by daughter Zaida Sherman and husband Roger, son Edward Rivera and partner Ysabel Diaz, loving grandchildren Edward Rivera Jr, Jonathan Rivera, Crystal Rose Rivera, Ariana Diaz, Samuel Diaz and Kayten Sherman, great grandchildren Isaac Rivera, Velisse Rivera, Nakai Santos Rivera and Azai Jayden Rivera-Lee.

A visitation for Aura will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. Family and guests are invited to gather at the funeral home Friday, December 10, 2021 from 9:00 - 10:00AM to pay their final respects. A funeral will follow in George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ 07652.
