Carlismar Azevedo Jr. passed away on August 22, 2022. He was 48 years old his birthday was on August 13 th. His father Carlismar Azevedo Sr & his mother Anamaria De Almeida. He has 2 brothers Alexander & Tiago. 1 sister Daniela.

He has a son Brandon , daughter Kayla & step son Mario. Best friend Oreo his dog, He would always say he was his Master and was always with him outside listening to music & talking to everyone that passed by.We were together for 23 years(Lisa Feliciano)

He loved driving trucks and smoking his cigarettes that we all would complain because he was smoking every 15 mins. He was a very happy man but he had diabetes & high blood pressure he would take his pills every morning after his breakfast. He would also be drinking the drink Monster that he shouldn’t be drinking because it had too much sugar but he wouldn’t listen.

A visitation for Carlismar will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, with the funeral services held at 7:00 pm.
