Danuta (Wlazlo) Baginski, age 61, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in Linden, New Jersey. She was a loving mother, daughter, and sister whose kind spirit touched everyone she met.
Born on June 8, 1964, in Krakow, Poland, Danuta was the loving daughter of the late Helena (Haluk) Wlazlo. She spent her early years in her beloved Polish hometown riding her bicycle around the country and playing with her beloved dog Balbinka. In the late 1980s she made the courageous move to New Jersey, USA, to begin a family. This journey was a testament to her adventurous spirit and dedication to building a new life.
A woman of warmth, curiosity, and deep connection, Danuta found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved traveling, whether it was exploring new destinations or, most especially, returning to Krakow to visit lifelong friends, enjoy the fantastic food, and walk through the neighborhoods of her youth.
In her daily life, she took pleasure in walking around the neighborhood and local parks, enjoyed playing mobile games, and cherished talking with family and friends, always prioritizing connection above all else. However, the greatest beneficiary of her abundant love was Simba, the family yorkie, who was truly her best friend and constant companion.
Danuta Baginski is survived by her devoted daughter, Diana Baginski, and her husband, Mark Jaeger, as well as her brother, Zbigniew Wlazlo. She joins her mother, Helena Wlazlo, who preceded her in death.
Her memory will be treasured by all who knew her, and her spirit will live on through the connections she fostered and the love she so freely gave.
A visitation for Danuta will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A Graveside Service and Interment will immediately follow at 11:00 AM at Rosedale Cemetery, 750 E Linden Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
