Denise was born and raised in Elizabeth, and a life-long resident in Iselin, New Jersey. In her early years, she graduated from Edison Vocational High School and earned her cosmetology license. She loved spending time with family, and occasional trips to Atlantic City.

Denise met her eternal rest on Sunday, March 22, 2020 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her husband, John Covino Sr. of a memorable 51 years of marriage, her son John Covino Jr. of Boston, her daughter Jacquelyn Boland, and two granddaughters Gabriella and Nicolina Boland. Survived by her sister Joyce Emens, and her brother Edward Einhorn, and many nieces and nephews. Denise was predeceased by her father Edward Einhorn Sr., and mother Amelia Einhorn (Cornacchio), her sister Jacquelyn and brother George Einhorn.

Being a joyful spirit while Denise was here, a celebration of life in honor of her will be held at a later date.

Sometimes you have to learn to let go.Its ok to cry for someone you love she was a wonderful spirit. I miss her so much I didn’t want her to go. No one did. God called her home. We all know she is in a better place. No pain. In paradise. I love you nan. Fly high angel.🕊❤️🥺
