Donna was a beautiful person. She loved all and was loved by all who had the privilege of meeting her. She was a guiding light to her brother and my best friend Stanley F. Znamierowski. Donna was also the most faith filled person and always praised Jesus every day. I know that she is with the Lord and smiling and praising His name.

My heart is so heavy learning of Donna’s passing. She had such a wonderful presence and as so many have already said, she always greeted you with such warmth.

DeVry allowed so many of us to form wonderful caring friendships over our years together, but Donna held all of hearts.

My condolences to Mrs. Z and all of Donna’s precious family, she has left a whole that can never be filled, but we have all gained an angel to watch over us

How can I summarize 38 years of friendship? Donna was a blessing to everyone she knew and had a heart which felt everyone else's pain. I feel like a piece of my own heart died, and there always will be an empty space in my heart which only Donna's friendship can fill. Her faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord God has launched her to His presence, and she will now be worshipping the Lord with her beautiful voice, in a glorified state, free of sickness and pain and death. And on the last day, she will be raised up and joined to her new body, more glorified, and never to die again and will enjoy her many rewards. Her burdens now are laid down. Love you, Donna ! Will miss you. Until we meet again in the Kingdom of our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, Elena

Donna has always been an Angel on Earth... a very special heart of DeVry. So many of us echo the same testimony... that Donna cared about each of us, staff, faculty, student... with the same grace that surrounded her sacred life. Many a time, I would share a family concern, and she would immediately help me feel peaceful, with a prayer and with her special smile!
Now Donna is a true Angel in Heaven.
All I can say to her Family and the Lord about knowing her is...
Thank you!!!

Donna will be missed by me, her family and friends and everyone that Donna has touch through her short life.

Donna and I are only 9 months apart growing up together as cousins, I remember getting together in the summer months at her house and swimming in the huge above ground pool always looked forward to spending those long hot summer months with her and Debbie swimming and having fun.

As we got older, we would meet at the Iselin Fair at the tents of where my Aunts and cousins rolled the dough for the handmade pizza’s. Going on rides and trying to win something from the tents and collecting tickets was our favorite thing to do.

We would have New Year Eve parties with both families, in our basement or over at her house.
Our home was filled with music, singing and dancing and of course our favorite dishes.

My condolences’ go out to my Aunt Rosemary, cousin Debbie, Stosh and all her nieces and nephews. I will cherish these memories I had with Donna. I am sorry for your loss of your daughter, sister and Aunt and my cousin.

Some of my fondest memories were when we were young and our families got together for the holidays. All us kids would go Christmas caroling together in the Terrace. Donna had such beautiful voice. She was very spiritual, kind, caring and loving to all. Never judging , she spoke positively and respectfully to everyone. She always put others before herself. Heaven is receiving an angelic soul.
Love you forever and always.

I was blessed to have known Donna for nearly 20 years. She was my first contact with DeVry University (she scheduled my interview) and the first one to greet me when I arrived. I still have the beautiful note she left me on my first day of work. She was the heartbeat of the University and graced so many with her huge heart, tender compassion and graceful spirit. When she sang you were immediately uplifted. Rest now in God's sweet embrace my friend.

Donna was a very special person who loved everyone she came in contact with. I will always remember the times we spent together at work and occasionally bumping into each other in Edison. With all that life had thrown at her, she always remained bubbly and upbeat with a beautiful light that came from within. She will be missed. My condolences to her mom, brother and her entire family.
